How to talk to a girl and make her like you or fall in love with you?

There is this girl i know that lives close to me, first time I saw her, she was on youtube videos and oh man...when I first saw her...she was beautiful....Idk what to say to her that can compliment what she wears or anything like that something..flirty but good. Any tips?

Walk up to her and start talking to her, You'd be surprise how she'll react to it. Now, I'm not the love Guru, I'm assuming your around 16 maybe 18 YO, But you can Flirt, But DON'T go too far with it, and say someting really obnoxious, sexually suggestive with it or act like a "playah", which isn't gonna win in your favor if you wish to etablish a good relationship with this girl, Just kinda talk with her after class, and i'm more than certain shes gonna notice after awhile that you have a crush on her and when you ask her on a date it'll be steal so to speak.

Be yourself man, just show her you have a great personality, that's how I met my girlfriend 3 years ago in 9th grade, and we're still goin strong. The best thing you can do is not be all up on her, give her some space, and just be nice to her at first. Do nice things that will make her want to like you.
