When they come here and use terror tactics.....make them spit teeth...and the difference between "us" as a terrorist and "them" as a terrorist is the fact we at least try to go after military targets...(most of the time) ....how many military were in the world trade towers...they go after civilians on purpose hoping to put pressure on the gov't....trying to call the "collateral damage" that happens when their cowardly fighters hide in churches, schools, and other such places where there are sure to be women and children terrorism isn't exactly fair. Anyway, I wish that we were'nt there but since we are....would leaving now hurt more than help? I don't know for sure but I am leaning that way....I am glad I am not part of this administration....lower numbers than Nixon after Watergate....yikes...If the Dems dont gain some serious amount of seats in the house and senate this next couple of elections.....something is seriously wrong

There are already numerous other laws in 40+ states regarding abortion that limit RvW. If RvW were to disapear, it would once again (as it should be), be a state issue.

I've read the court case, we studied it in a national law class. The supreme court ruled against wade/texas saying that their arguments were unpersuasive and that the right of privacy inculdes a women's decision to terminate her pregnancy. It's constitutionally protected, and no state should be able to make laws that supercede your constitution or the amendments.

Or should state govt be a better choice? They are after all, a bit more intune with the population they govern.

Or - better yet - make it county wide.

I am a believe in the Federal govt having the following roles;

Foreign Policy
Defense of Borders
intrastate commerce authority

I know I am going in a different direction. I dont know at what level abortion should be governed on but I do know we need abortion rights (controlled to some degree) . As a police officer in a busy city I saw children born to people that should not be parents. I saw children that shouldnt be having chiildren...I saw poverty increased when children were born to people that couldnt afford to have children. I saw junkies, and sick peopel having children and passing on their deseases etc.If abortion is available in the very early stages...a lot of misery could be missed.I wonder who in government see's these things as facts of life?

We dont need a license to breed. A lot of people will use the abortionas a way to avoid misery. No one should be forced to have, or not have children. Making an abortion a crime is forcing people to have children. That means in certain instances the taxpayer will be paying a lifetime of welfare to care for these unwanted blessings. Not to mention the miserable lifes some may lead. I am not being un realistic...this happens...often. People that want children is a different story. Late abortions is also a diff story. I have never heard anyone say..."if you abolish abortion, I will raise that unwanted child"...Have You?

the fact that all the civillians were warned ahead of time when the bombing was going to start ove their own radios/televisions, and that almost every single target was a military/government target. the bombing in iraq was considered the most sophisticated and precise bominbg in history due to the fact that almost all their targets were destroyed andminimal civillians were harmed.

i have lived in germany , england , india and the united states. through these countries i have met many people of diferent nationalities and views on the world... a good part of the world looks down on america due to the many wars it embarks on, the opionion is that these wars are purely for financial and political gains and NOT to 'police' a country that is in seriuos trouble of sorts. the US will find that many of its 'friends' are only friendly because they stand to gain in money or politics by this friendship. this isnt my opionion.

america is the place to be? obviously you havent travelled the world mikesack. you said, 'americans are smarter, tougher, richer,stronger,happier,healthier, nastier, nicer, and buy and sell the rest of the world daily.' im afraid thats false. ok america has lots of cash and when america speaks people listen, i lived in S.C. for quite a few years and it is a great place butsome of the happiest and healthiest people i hav ever met are from india, ok they dont have a hell of alot of cash compared to the states and things like their health systemare poor BUT they are a happy people in general. the point im trying very bad to make is, the rest of the world consists of people just like america, they live, they breath, they are happy , sad and sumtimes angry.just like americans... imo there isnt a 'place to be' other than the world itself man, lol i sound like a hippy.

the oil age....... if you guys havent noticed, we are goin to be in serious trouble due to oil and its lack ofavailability in the near future. in the next few years oil around the world will diminish leaving the main oil reserves in the middle east. if you love the 'american way' then get very worried because oil isnt gonna last, isnt gonna flow freely and america is gonna hve to pay a price. this is serious shit, the 'american way' is based on oil ffs. governments have been aware of this for a long, long time and obviously have stratagies for the coming crisis. GWB aint no fool and he's found a way to take steps and preserve the 'american way'.

if you cant afford to fuel your car and go to work to make cash then americans are gonna find it hard to be smarter, tougher, richer,stronger,happier,healthier, nastier, nicer, and buy and sell the rest of the world daily. the US and europe might find itself in the same boat as the rest of the world at that point. a sobering thought.

Pearl Harbor occured on 7th December 1941 and FDR declared war on Japan on the 8th December 1941, subsequently Italy and Germany declared war on U.S which marked the commencement of U.S involvement in WW2.


Important Note: The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were nuclear attacks during World War II against the Empire of Japan by the United States of America at the order of U.S. President Harry S. Read the above carfully.....The US firebombed civilian cities for 67 days killing hundreds of thousands of innocent men , WOMEN AND CHILDREN and when that wasn't enough they dropped two atomic bombs on two innocent cities that by the way were not heavily industrialized concerning the making of military hardware.....

The US simply did not have the stomach to fight the Japanese on a fair playing field any longer as they were suffering too many casualties.... bah

Americans are the best at twisting facts to make them look like they are the greatest at everything...but when you examine the facts....That is a totally inaccurate assumption....

By the time the US entered World War 2 , hundreds of thousands of casualties had been suffered by her so -called allies .It would seem that The US calls these countries allies , but if you notice , all of these countries including Canada are careful to call the US its ally .

It was only when the US was attacked at pearl harbour did she do anything to help her so-called allies.

Funny , how the US whines when her alleis arent doing enough to sopport her war on terrorism. But where was the US when thousands of her allies were being slaughtered in Europe ?

Taking sunday drives and having barbeques , watching the big game and ,oh , making money supplying our dying soldiers......
