Here are people to punish that are wastes of skin

Level 3 sex offenders.....Why in the heck do we ever let these wastes of skin ever back into society. These people are not capable of ever being cured. That is what puts them in the level 3 catagory. Level 3 means: "These offenders pose a potential high risk to the community and are a threat to re-offend if provided the opportunity." from the Washington State sex offender information center. I don't condone vigilante justice that some people take against these "people", but I don't feel sorry for them either.

Level 3's that commit their crimes against children should get the chair. Either that or let the fathers have 15 miniutes alone with them....with a dull rusty butter knife. This is where not only should the parents get to have revenge, but satisfaction as well. I did a search of my "area" and received a cold pit in my stomach when I saw how many of these are living in my area.(12!! within 2 miles) I have 2 small children and only GOD or death could stop me from "dealing" with one that harms my children.....dragging them by their feet behind my truck on the pavement naked after I used them as my sparring dummy sounds good for starters.

They are always saying they don't have enough room for these animals in prison....pfffft! If they came to us (Washington State residents) with a levy to build a prison just for these kinds of offenders, it would probably be a landslide the likes of which haven't been seen in a hundred years. Voter turn out would also be likely to be over 75%, which is about double what standard levies bring to the polls. No parent wants to do a search on the sex offender site and find a couple of these near their home or school.

Our justice system sucks because too many times it seems like the only peolpe's rights that get protected are the criminal's. It is also really sad that the best lawyers always are defense attorneys because there is no money in working for the prosecuter's office....they are going to lose before they even get started because they are outclassed....OJ Simpson trial rings a bell. He was guilty as heck, but got off because his attorneys were infinitely smarter than the prosecution.

I agree with you X. Sometimes the law does protect these "animals'" rights way more than the rights of law abiding citizens who are trying to raise their families in today's society. The argument that "THESE PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS TOO", doesn't wash with me...if they did it once, they will do it again, because it's like a sickness. These people are sick, cannot be cured, and should be in a society all by themselves....far far away. Far way, so that they can't hurt any children. If that's not possible, then lock them up...behind bars. That's where they belong.

I have an easier way to deal with the "offenders". All prison systems have a specific code of conduct set by inmates. These types of offenders are the worst in our society as well as prison society. The "offenders" are protected in the prison system by segregation.

Want revenge for victims and family....release them into general population. Then they will get to know the real meaning of sexual assault/rape/sexual interference or even death. I don't know if anyone remembers Jefforey Domer(an offender that killed and ate his victims) it only took three years for the inmates to get to him and he was segregated..he was mysteriously killed in the shower and the guards saw nothing.

So I say save a bunch of money..put them in general population and see what happens.

Be careful with the "ALL" part. I target the level 3s specifically because the rediculousness of letting them go boggles my mind. Level 2s are also risky, but have "curable" symptoms.
Definition of level 2s...
They are considered a higher risk to re-offend, because of the nature of their previous crime(s) and lifestyle (drug and alcohol abuse and other criminal activity). Some have refused to participate or failed to complete approved treatment programs.

Did you know that you can be arrested, at least in my state, for urinating in public and then this puts you in a level 1 sex offender catagory? This can include if you are on your own property and someone sees you. Another more and more common occurance is where the female partner in a sexual relationship is underage but lies and says she is older than 18. The male partner gets charged with statutory rape...and the female gets off scot-free. How is that justice?

Level 3s = waste of skin
Level 2s = get them into rehab and watch them like a hawk with perm probation
Level 1s = go case by case basis depending on the "crime"

Zol statutory rape is a sex crime and often occurs with consent. So, while the age of consent in most states is 18, it is like 13 in Mexico, so who is to say we are right? While engaging in sexual acts with minors is wrong, I don't think we need to be locking those folks up for life.

What we need to do is get all the people who are incarcerated now for possession/dealing of small amounts of marijuana out and replace them with X's scum of society.

I think Dwinx has the right idea, Marijuana users and dealers shouldnt end up in prison for ridiculously lengthy periods of time. After all the US government made the marijuana situation themselves.

As for perverts that rape children without consent need to be locked up for definate, paedophiles know what they are doin and understand the risks of being caught. So in that respect they have given up there rights as honest decent citizen and should face the consequences! It should be the same in UK tbh.
