Area 51?

how many of you think the govt are hiding something in area 51??? cause i belive that the roswell crash has something to do with it. I'm always watching the national geographic channel, discovery, and science channel on aliens and myths and legends......that kinda stuff. If area 51 had no aliens or nothing special then why wouls they threaten to kill any1 without a special pass into it???

secret research other than aliens. like new exparimental aircraft, or other military things. and myths and legends are exactly those, myths and legends until they are founded on proof. or busted by the mythbusters.....

Well... the question being "how many think the gov't is hiding something..." is a bit obvious. Of course they're hiding something, and it serves their purpose to encourage the belief that it's all about aliens.

They built a new runway at Groom Lake a few years back, largest in the world, then shortly after the SR-71 Blackbird was canceled there were sightings of some new and unusual con trails left behind by something that broke the sound barrier over S. Cal. while headed east. The buffs are calling the new project "Aurora". All but of few Air Force "Black" projects are developed and tested at Area 51.

If it's recovered aliens or wreckage you're referring to then all that good stuff is thought to be tucked away at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Not just Roswell, but the Kecksburg and Mexico debris as well.

Lot a myth and disinformation on this topic, and all but a few of the documentary's you see on cable are just hype. Larger question being are we alone? A billion stars in our galaxy, a billion galaxy's in the Universe... human arrogance to think we are alone.

The govt. is always hiding something. Many new weapons and vehicles are created without the knowledge of the public. Maybe they are using alien technology. For all we know some of the stuff we have now could've been reversed engineered from alien technology. Myth's and legends will always come from stuff like this. Mostly because there is very little information about it.

There's other locations that have that same rule and they have nothing to do with aliens. I know of one location right here where I'm at. Trespass and you're getting shot.

Area 51, is just a codename. As a location for "alien" research it does not exist unto itself. Atrust is right.

All those myths about alien sightings have been near military bases. Why? because that is where they test new weapons. Aliens would never exist, even scientists say that if ever there was aliens outside Earth they would be just big bugs.

The reason they would kill you if you got near any of those places should be pretty obvious...

In my opinion... If there were any kind of Species other then the ones on this

planet, i do not believe they are much more advanced then we are.

And if they were, they wouldn't be caught so easily by us...

I think its just a top secret development and research area.

think of the best aircraft in the USA airforce... most of them are tested and developed in "AREA 51" as are the other experimental units
