Having just seen the film "SICKO", the documentary by Michael Moore about the USA's poor health care system, I thought I'd ask you all for any negative and/or possitive points about your nation's health care system or that of another nation that you know of.

For example, to prove how greedy the insurance companies in the US are...I broke my ankle rather severely nearly a year ago and needed surgery to repair the bones and ligaments. Initially my insurance provider ok'd the srugery but later rejected it and said that I'd have to come up with the money. Lucky for me I (unknown to me at the time) had insurance coverage under another company also and was able to have the surgery covered.

Well then our insurance company here always want to vaccum money and doesnt really care for their costumers
