It's cool if it works for you , if you don't have fun while you're trying to lose weight or else, you need to enjoy it, otherwise you'll be bored and you'll get back what you've lost.

2 lbs over 3 days isn't a very large sample size and it varies greatly from person to person. Eating habits, body type, age, time spent etc. Give us your results sometime from now and it'll give greater feedback into the product. However its great that you are already losing weight...if thats what your looking for out of it.

The Wii Fit is a great way to stay or get into to shape. While having fun at the same time. The balance games are the hard ones to get use to. The Fit isn't even about losing weight, its about having fun while staying in shape. Hell, my kids love the Fit.

Wii fit is great.
Contrary to widely held opinion even if u are in good shape it can benefit u. It trains proprioception (ability to sense the position of a joint without use of sight) and balance, and will strength and tone the deap postural muscles that are often neglected (especially by gym bunnies) Personally I wont be in the least bit surprised if physios start recommending it for people who have ankle, knee, or hip injuries/surgery. Its also a lot of fun! PS anyone else had a perfect 555 on the headers game? Put that in your pipe and smoke it J McG |

Meh. I find that there are better and more fun ways of losing weight. Wii fit is great but I think that it would be better for people if they actually went outside a bit more.

I work in an acute rehab hospital and we bought the Wii when it first came out for physical and balance activities. When I first read about the Wii Fit I alerted my director and we bought it as soon as it was out! We own a $2000.00 computer and program called the Balance Master that doesn't even COMPARE to the 89.99 dollar WiiFit. It's a great little gadget with lots and lots of possibilities!!
