yea i got Brawl last week and ive been playing it nonstop. Ike is prob the best so far but i havent even unlocked everyone. Sonic is pretty decent too

I am finding it fun... i have not played any of the smash bros before this one, so am learning.

I find it difficult to learn and produce the desired moves, in a smooth effective way... either I am so nub, or the game is designed for button mashing

I haven't played before this either. My wife and I just mash. I have been trying to do old street fighter combos, but they don't seem to do much. Any insights?

It's not your traditional quarter-circle forward punch fighting game.
It's more of a hit them then run towards them and combo with another attack game.

Kind of like a just land good strong hits fighting.
