youll be lucky mate. account sharing is against Jagex policy. auto ban any accounts that move a large distance unless prior warning.

They stopped unbalanced trade so put an end to real world trading so you cant even buy one anymore.

It should only take u like 4 days to get that high its pretty easy.

I don't think this forum is the right place to look for an account for an outdated game that isn't fun anymore. I think you should go on forums that is strictly for RuneScape, maybe someone is selling one there.

I dont play anymore and got a level 119 but i dunno if i wanna give it away as i might play it again in awhile =\ and i dont think they autoban if it goes a long distance
