Say your pros and cons about Lineage II

pro: i was in the best clan i've ever been in in L2
met a lot of great people
grind is kind of endless but with a few drunk buddies in vent a grind party can actually be fun
pvp is awesome
castle sieges are fun

con:
last i checked archers could crit for up to about 10k (fully buffed, also they get up to about 450 to 500 crit rate, or about every other shot), one shotting damn near anything
nukers rape as well (but not against a fully buffed archer)
economy is just retarded, it is impossible to make money in a legit manner unless you are a very very high end warsmith, you usually just end up ebaying money
ncsoft does nothing to bots (pro if you bot, and can also make for fun messing with the chinese bot parties)
when i played almost everyone i knew either:
a) botted up their main character
b) botted a buffer/healer
L2 is impossible late game without buffs
the grind is absolutely ridiculous
as a 63 hawkeye i would pull in about 2-3% of a level in 20 minutes with clan hall buffs
at 75 it gets to be about 1% an hour
dying you lose up to 4% of a level (with no special rez)
servers generally have pretty low population, especially with all the new areas that have been added with new chronicles (makes for good xp but finding people who are wartagged can get really hard)
low level areas are completely empty except for bots

this is based on my experience on kain (retail)
private servers can be completely different
