quitting
I quit smoking 3 weeks ago after smoking fpr roughly 9 months decided it was time to stop. and i was wondering if anyone knew some sites that could tell you info about your lungs cleaning out and how long it takes for them to be 90% cuz they never will be 100 again.

First off, Congratulations Seroone! This i going to be tough but pls stick to it! I don't know any info or research but I'm sure if you look at the American Cancer Society webpage they may have lots of info.

Excellent question. I looked briefly and did not find any helpful information on Google. I thought growing up that the recovery rates for smokers was that pretty much everything returned to normal levels after 10 years. Some things recovered much more quickly, as in a few weeks/months (blood pressure?) and others took much longer (risk of heart attack).

congratz man, it takes a man to admit to open up to like that, and quitting smoking some people cant ever quit, im glad that you can, u find the courage to quit and thats a real man

Thanks all for the support. I keep myself busy and ive goten past the fidget stage and im able to be around smokers without that crave, and it always helps when you have a beatiful girl talking to you 24/7
