With the release of the new iPhone 4 and the new Blackberry, many people have been Debating which one is better, or which one they are going to get.

A lot or people say the iphone is better for Personal use, because it’s more fun due to the amount or apps which can be downloaded and brought, whereas a BB is more commercial, and better for work use, as they are said to be more secure and has better email functionality.

I thought about getting an iPhone 4; however I went with the BB torch, and I like it a lot, does everything I want it to do.

What is your Opinion?

I have a blackberry 8330, and i used an iphone for awhile, so i have had expierence with both of the phones, operating systems and all of the apps. I want to start by saying i love my blackberry. It is an amazing device that does everything I need and more. I have also dropped my phone many times, and even had some Asshat throw it on concrete one time, and it is still working perfectly fine, even the screen has no scratches.

The iphone is a nice phone also, but i dont like it nearly as much as the blackberry. The battery life isnt nearly as long, and the iphone is not even close to being as durable. For the first cupple of months i looked all over for apps on the app store, and got any one that seemed remotly cool, but then i realized how dumb most of them were, and deleted them all besides the pre installed ones.

I've had the torch or awhile now and as fun as the iPhone is...I hate Mac and all iProducts -_-... And the qwerty keypad is better, istead of the full touch screen. trackpad is boss as well.

BB is rugged, has a real keyboard, plays musis too (My Bold has media buttons and a standard mini headphone), charges with a universal medium (Micro USB), has expandable memory via SDHC Micro, lasts more than a day with heavy heavy use, is more secure, get stolen less frequently, the king of mobile email, available on more carriers.

iPhone does have more apps though I guess.

The only thing I feel like I'm missing by having a BB is Skype (only available on Verizon BB if I remember correctly) and Netflix Streaming which I'm sure will come eventually.
