De_dust or de_dust2?

Which map do you like better, and play on more. I must say Im all for de_dust2, I try and put a good few hours on Spawnpoint's de_dust2 pub. Haven't been on in a while though, MASSIVE project due so I'v spent like no time online.

I'm honestly a big fan of reg Dust. Somethin about the way its set up, when I just want to screw around and have fun, I'd rather play that. I voted for D2 because I'm a pretty competitive person... I think D2 presents a more balanced, competitive gaming experience. =P

I am in love with dust2. When I first started playing cs I liked dust because I had the whole map memorized. Now, it's not as fun for me because it's hard for me to move around :x. With dust2 I can try different strats and I'm still learning more about the map.

Dust 2 all the way for me. I think it's a better thought-out map, and I simply enjoy playing it more than dust. I think maybe it's the logical way it's set-up, with places good for snipers, and places that are good for other weapons.

So I voted for Dust 2.

BOBSON, I have to agree with you there. Only I like to just have fun PERIOD. I can get competitive, but usually I'm not. I just want to have a good time. The other months I had 126.3 hours online in two weeks, 60.3 of those were on Spawnpoint's D2 pub and the rest were on another D2 server i found. The other one I found lags a lot less, but it lacks the regulations that spawnpoint has. There were people there ruining the game for everyone so i haven't player there sense.

In general people don't seen to know how to play regular dust in a public server, not since CS 1.5/1.6. Dust2 is overplayed but I prefer it over dust1. For comeditive games I would play either one, both are good scrim maps in my opinion

Yes, but most of the bigger better maps my computer won't get my good ol 9fps on.Either way lmfao, how competative can i get with 9fps.

I'm buying a new cp on Thanksgiving, would have bought it last week, but thought i would w8 and see if i could save a few bucks.

Both maps are good, however, I feel that Dust2 is more enjoyable because its more balanced.

Back in 1.6 dust2 and dust were about equal to me. But now dust2 pwns dust. I think valve screwed around with too much stuff on dust

I like both maps for different reasons. On De_dust I like the firefights with the CTs and the Ts in the tunnels and under the bridge. And De_Dust2 I like how you got to have some strategy for the Ts and get around to plant the bomb. And the CTs having a rough time protecting the bomb. So yeah this is why i like them both.

When i started laying about 2 years ago...... I was in love with dust....on the aMs server...and the 1mc.......now i play evolutiongaming.nl which has both d2 and dust.....I enjoy d2 because you can use alot more strategy....but i really like to awp dust because its a challange for me!
