I find it rather hilarious that all the Microsoft books are BLUE.
Just like thier crashes.

Well u guess you suck ON the breath mint? Lol, your going to read those arn't you. They're like the speed limit, more of a sugestion. Microsoft really has to work on their crashes, and how they handle them. My cp kept crashing (like every 5min) the support person that they charge crazy high ammounts for over the phone hardly knew english. I sware when I saw the bill for the nonexistant help I got, I wanted to find the person in charge of tech support and make their face blue. They wanted $120 for like 45min on the phone AND the only help they offered was to buy windows XP again -_-.

Calling microsoft tech support will drive you as crazy as trying to take a pee in a corner of a round room. You just dance around and get frustrated. I am betting that better than 95% of the time, they can't help you anyway. The computer shops in my area will do a couple of simple checks for free that far exceed anything Microsoft can and/or will do. Don't waste your money or time.

Same is true with DELL. No matter where you call from your call is redirected to India and the person on the other end does not know anymore than you...

I never call Dell i have my dad do it for me, his compain has a MAJOR contract with dell, and all he has to do is mention hp and boom they're on their knees kissing your feet.

Lucky. I have to at least wait 1+ hours to get connected and then wait while I am being transferred from noob to noob as none of them know what to do.
