I've banned pav at least5 times...

Pav has the least ammount of respect for other players I have ever seen in a 14 year old. His parents should take out all of his teeth and replace them with soap, thats how foul mouthed he is. The only time he has ever shown me any form of respect at all is when he knows it's me. He constantly dodges the swear filters by adding spaces, and only ever swears with text in all caps. If I diddn't have so much fun abusing his ass I would have permanently banned him long ago. Why does he have his own sponsored server? He shouldn't even own a computer, let alone run a server.

And yes this server has far too many admins in my opinion, I don't even connect there much anymore, there are too many admins, too much green text. Too many amatus. Too much abuse. Too little respect. Not enough trouble makers to compensate for the ammount of admins. Too much 'noob down' and related comments.

Im not trying to come across as a know it all but you have to learn to control yourself. Some of the things you have said today, never mind any other day would get your perm muted or banned.

If people wind you up, hell their just people, who cares? If it gets so bad you have to leave the server to stop yourself from going overboard, just take a printscreen and post it here so action can be taken.

Pav you have issues keeping your calm. If sombody teases you, generally you freak out in ALL CAPS and bitch at everyone who says somthing. What happens if you get admin? Sombody teases you for whatever reason, and you just kick or ban them, or threaten to. Thats how I see it.
If you had admin, occurances of abuse would tripple in that server.

I don't know you, and I don't kow how you admin. However, by that single statement you have shown me you probably don't deserve admin by your own admittance. One of the most important qualities of an admin (or any leader for that matter), is the ability to keep ones cool in the face of adversity.
