Recenty the name was changed to Episode 1 from Aftermath. In this first installment of many, we are supposed to get some of the story of what happened after the Citadel was destroyed, what happened to Alyx, what happened to Breen, etc. As of right now it is expected out April 24th of this year. I know I can't wait.

There are lots of links off that main one. Most people have probably already read about this in the Steam update.

yeah i cant wait to. i have beat half life 2 4 times and still cant get enough. have you seen the video for it yet? im pumped for it. i wonder if it will have other games come with it like the others did. by the way other than the stalkers in the end of half life 2 did you see those other creatures that were walking outta the Citadel. they had four legs. cant really say what they look like but i wonder if they will be in it to. yeah i can wait.

As of May1st you can preload Half Life 2: Episode one for free. Come June 1st you can start playing it for $20. Yousave $2 for preordering it. Just go to the Games Store part of your Steam program. There you can preload it, and watch the most recent trailer for it.
