UFC 68: The Uprising

Well in roughly 24 hours, one of the best UFC events will be happening and I know I will be watching, but will anyone else?I know there has to be someone else out there who enjoys UFC and MMA. If so, I want to know your predictions for the fights. Here are my picks for the bigger fights:

Tim Sylvia vs Randy Couture- I pick Randy cause he just is more skilled and has more heart than Sylvia

Chirs Lytle vs Matt Hughes- Hughes is an animal, thats why he will win on his journey back up to the title

Drew McFedries vs Martin Kampmann- Although Kampmann's nickname is "Hitman", I don't think I can draw any connections to our Hitman, and think McFedries will take him to the ground and dominate

Rich Franklin vs Jason McDonald- Always been a fan of Franklin, but he will have his hands full with McDonald, who likes to push the fight.

Jason Lambert vs Renato "Babalu" Sobral- Babalu has incredible jiu jistu, and if it wasnt for Liddel, I think he could be the LightHeavyweight Title holder

Well if you didnt watch you missed some great fights. Don;t be discouraged, the fights are usually up on youtube within a day, then removed the next day. Here are the results:

Couture beats Sylvia in a unanimous decision to claim the heavyweight title for his third time

Hughes beats lytle in unanimous decision

Kampmann beats McFedries in an arm triangle in the first round, despite getting beaten in the standup game

Franklin beats McDonald when McDonalds side threw in the towel after the second round

Lambert upsets Babalu via KO in the second round
