Anyway we could get a ventrilo channel in addition to OR instead of our TS channel?

Also, is it dangerous to me if i run a Vent server from my PC while I play CSS/ect on the same PC and Internet connection?

I'm not sure if someone can access my computer through a port or something.

j/k, im pretty sure that's why everyone uses it haha. I run them both at the same time, anyways, as does everyone i've met in PWND and PHXX.

He means running the server. And no, other than worrying about system resources (not an issue as the Ventrilo server uses very little.) However, Internet Bandwidth might be a concern for you as voice traffic can eat up alot. If you find your latency in CS is up, you know why. As for the security issues, there isn't one. Running Ventrilo Server only opens a single port. The one clients use to connect to the Ventrilo Server.

Would SP be able to give us a Vent channel in one of there servers?

It just seems like no one uses TS (so getting a ringer is pretty much out of the question). We scrimm roughly 2-4 times a DAY so it would help us alot.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe no new vent channels will be added to any new clans, but you may get one on teamspeak

We have a TS one but not many people use TS (We're actually the only ones on TS besides 1 or 2 RBK guys). Scrimming is a big thing for us but sometimes we need ringers and we can't find them because they all use Vent.

HOOD......i need yourhelp regging for ventillo. dumb prgrams never seem to be user friendly.
