I dont know if you guys know it but yoy can download any flash video from youtube, metacafe, googlevideo...etc, with an online converter
My fav is [link=http://flv.bitcomet.com/]http://flv.bitcomet.com/[/link]it just downloads it as .flv
This [link=http://vixy.net/]http://vixy.net/[/link]converts it to avi, but it only support youtube...and the .flv files is good enough
