Sorry to any who feel like this is a stupid question but can anyone give me different websites or ways to make cool looking baners and how can you put them under yourcomments to a post?
I have just been wanting to know because i wanna put some when i comments on things.And yes , when it comes to things like this on a clan or forums site ima noob.
