PHXX admins, guest admins, and players

Lately there have been some talk and rumors about the PHXX admins. One that I have heard is that we just do whatever we want. This is not true. We have people to answer to just like you as players and guest admins do. First off, we have to answer to our clan leader, Hitman...he in turn answers to the Spawnpoint management/ownership and to an extent, PEER1. We are not above being reprimanded for things either. Like I have said in previous posts, it is the goal of Spawnpoint to increase the population of the servers, but not at the expense of letting chaos rule which ultimately drives the good players off any server.

Another thing I have heard is some admins are afraid to take action for fear of having their admin taken away. This is not our fault, it is yours. There is the admin for dummies, good forums to ask questions in and alot of you admins know and see us. If you don't know or aren't sure....ASK. We will be happy to answer. This doesn't mean bother the crap out of us with every little issue and questions that are in the admin for dummies handbook. Sometimes admins make mistakes....everyone is human. A mistake and admin abuse are 2 different things though. A mistake ends with a warning or reprimand....blatant and frequent admin abuseand/or direct violation of Spawnpointadmin rulesgets your little checkmark in the admin list to go away.

If you are a player it is your responsibility to learn server and spawnpoint rules. There is a new FAQ section that has good information about Spawnpoint in it. Acting like a jerk will get you nowhere but slap/slayed/kicked/banned....The admins will usually warn a player first, but if someone else is warned, pay attention because that was your warning too. Most of you know what the rules are....choose to follow them or don't complain when an admin takes action.

We want everyone to have fun....but remember, your rights as a player end where someone else's begin.....
