Scoring System
Who in the hell came up with the scoring system for Spawnpoint? Or Counter Strike Source for that matter. You only get 1 or 2 points for a kill which is find to me but when i get killed sometimes I lose 13 points. How the hell did they come up with that. Didnt they take a Math class somewhere along the line or what? You kill 3 people in one round and die and u still end up losing points. How does that make sens

Does it really matter? It would be different if only one player was affected by this, but that's not the case. Everybody that plays falls under the same scoring system. If points given were increased and points taken decreased (as I assume you're suggesting), players would just have a larger score than they would with the current system. You just have to work if you want to advance in ranks.

The scoring system is actually very good.
It is based on whether you are killing a better or worse player than you and whether you are using a good weapon or a bad one. You get less points for killing a bad player and less again for using a good gun. It's all balanced and if you actually looked at it you'd see it makes sense. Rob
