Yeah the zelda series was so popular back then, I went trough them as soon as I downloaded.
I first downloaded bomberman on my cellphonebecause I was bored, only to realise it wasn't like the original one the one and only true bomberman is bomberman1 on NES, when I was a kid, I remember when we got our NES, damn I spent so much time playing with it. My father knew the level 41 code by heart, and I dont know if you remember but it was like 30 char. long. When I got the emulator I think I beat the game twice in a row without even thinking of stoping. Contra was the most violent game back then haha, mom didn't want me and my bro to play it. So we had to go to our cousin' house to play. Bobble bobble isn't really an awesome game but still a good arcade-type of game. My aunt use to bring the cassette everytime she came visiting so it's a nostalgy thing.Anyway I'm remenescing like an old lady. That's when I realise I'm a real addicted gamer or a real geek cause my oldest memories are onmy Nintendo.

you can try this site, all roms link are ok (well all the one I downloaded) and they got a good database but I think I couldn't find a correct bomberman rom on this one, those they have are corrupted I beleive (gives you a choice of infinit lives, more bomb, more power etc) If you want the original Bman I can send it to ya.

I have NESTron right now for my 700 or so NES ROMs. I also have 2 original NES systems at home, but I can't find any of my old NES cartiridges. Oh well, doesn't really bother me. Been thinking about gutting one fo the NES systems and modding it to be the case for a mini ITX based system. Found a place online that sells kits to modify NES controllers so they can be plugged into USB ports. Then I could have all my NES games loaded into a computer that looks like an original NES complete with controllers

Contra was the shit. I played it so much when i was younger that I still to this day remember the cheat code. Or at least I think I do.

up down up down left right left right B A select start at the loading screen. Gave you 30 lives I think. 2 player mode rocked.

Yeah it was the same code for a lot of Konami game I think. Tryed it the other day But I thought it was up up down down left right left right a b select select (twice since I played alone) start
bah I still went trough the game with the 3 life usings the states saving (I know its cheap but tired of playing the base 1 level)

Zsnes is indeed a good choice, its the emulator which support the most game. But I couldn't get it to work with Top Geer 3000.. anyway

You are right, wasn't thinking when i typed it.

It is up up down down but the rest is just like i typed it.

up up down down B A select start.

No select twice, and its not A B.

Guess we were both wrong.

According to [link=http://www.askcheats.com/cheats/Nes/Contra.html]http://www.askcheats.com/cheats/Nes/Contra.html[/link]

The code is:

At the title screen, quickly press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B, A. You will then start with 30 lives. The really cool part is that after a continue, these lives come back again!
