Using Avatars

ok. i have been trying to get my avatar uploaded here so it shows up below my name (like coopers bang head to desk avatar). it uploads successfully an all, but still doesn't show. what the heck?? its not to big pixel/dimension wise, and is less than what the maximum file size limit thats set. HELP!!!!

perhaps you are using an unsupported image file format? I just uploaded my avatar successfully without any glitches at all, so the system would not appear to be broken. Are you able to upload a differnt image other than the one you are trying to use?

i have tried gif/tiff/jpg/jpeg/png files. and still having issues. lol, i feel retarded, i can build/deploy large WLAN netoworks, PC's, fix the occasional Kernel Panic in Mac OSX, but can't figure this out. lol, i need to be patient an figure this out.

HA HAH AH HA!!!! i got it to work finally. weird tho, as it took three uploads to actually get this to work. network is slow today. prolly from all the work Tom has been up to, well, not just him, but also the people behind the scenes that i am not familiar with.
