Depends on your budget..
And your relationship to the people..

Grannys love anything to be fair.. slippers? I give my gran a hug.

12 year old female.. chocolate's a winner, or perfume, or anything pink if shes a stereotypical pre-teenager.

For two 6 year old boys, something that won't break, at 6 i just dismantled everything, something not educational, or anything to do with fashion, stick to chocolate/sweets again i say.

As far as the gifts...idk hard one! My idea was like an iTunes Gift card for her...the cousin NOT granny! ;)

I'm not sure about the granny...what does she like? Does she have any hobbies?

Eh... here's what i did for a romantic gift.

I got a dozen roses, took one out and replaced it with a fake one and gave it to my date. And i told her as long as one of these roses doesn't die i will love you always and forever.

You could do that with your grandma except not with red roses? Maybe order Blue roses online, the black tint and slip a black rose? Contrary to many belief, a black rose signifies eternal love not farewell or anything sad

(Edit 2: Of course you get her a gift to go with that.)

I got my two 8 year old cousins an xbox 360 so... (Not much more expensive than a ds i dont think)
(Edit: For christmas, they dont know yet. If you are talking about the holidays you still got a good 3 weeks)

OH speaking of ds's. LOL me and my friends have a DS gang. All pink too cuz the girls wanted us guys to get pink :D

for Granny :
-a beautiful potted plant/flower
-Recipe book (maybe even one of those where she can write in her own recipes, to keep the legacy on for future generations ;D - nothing like telling grandma her cooking's irreplaceable)
-Photo album with family favorites (or like a scrapbook kit)
-Music CD's of her old favorites

6 year old boy:
-remote control car/vehicle
-books/encyclopedias of educational stuff like history, science, dinosaurs, arts, astronomy, geography (stuff he'll enjoy reading about and can use for school projects)
-Lego blocks (definitely always a winner with kids)
-puzzles, board games for kids
-science kits (with like the magnifying glass, microscope, you know, stuff to examine bugs and such)

12 year old girl:
-Bookstore gift cards
-Make-up kit?
-Necklace, jewelry, accessories she can wear everyday
-Funky toe socks (lol girls love those things)
-Purse/bag
-Movie vouchers
-digital camera
