SpawnPoint - Where Game Begins

Hi,

I am having a problem with my mini map is CS:S. It works when I spectate, and worked when I first installed but has failed since. It only does not work when I am in game playing, or dead after a round. But again, when I join a game, it works at the start while I am choosing teams.

I have tried reinstalling already unsuccessfully and I am out of ideas! I looked in options and couldnt find anything there either. I am kind of a newb with computer stuff, but I have a new computer that shouldnt cause me any problems. I know that I am running an ATI 1950 vid card, and a dual core processor, 4 gigs of ram, etc etc.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

just my little mini map in the top left of the screen when I am playing that shows me where my teammates are.

You know underneath it where it tells you what section of the map you are in? That is there, for ex bobsite 2, or upstairs etc etc. But the map just isnt!

Although that fixed it, some maps (custom maps, or user-made maps) just dont have a mini-map or radar, so you see a black box, with (if it's a de_ map) A and B on it, and nothing else. So if you got a problem with the mini-map, and "cl_radaralpha 200" doesn't work, then that is the reason, There just isn't one. (Or you have a bigger problem).

Glad I could add some fairly useless knowledge to a problem that was already fixed. :)
