How do I apply for admin?

Applying for admin is now both convenient and easy. Simply go to the server page by clicking the "servers" tab and look for the "Apply for Admin" button. This is the only accepted practice for submitting an admin application.

At this time you will need:

• Your SteamID (the numerical one i.e. STEAM_0:1:12345678)
• The server you wish to apply for (you only will be getting one, so choose wisely)
• Your age
• The reason why you think that you would be a good admin

You also need to pre-read the "admin for dummies" handbook found in the FAQs right under the "apply for admin" button. If you don't follow SpawnPoint's rules, the admin can and/or will be taken away.

It would be a good Idea to familiarize yourself with the admin mod the server is running where you would like admin. You can find it on the net. (usually mani mod or amx mod) Use google to find info about it.

A couple of don'ts:
Don't submit multiple requests for the same server. If you haven't received a reply, it is because there is an observation and deliberation time with each request that takes as long as it takes. Spamming us with multiple requests will almost certainly earn you a "DENIED" answer.

At this time, request admin for your primary server only. If you aren't Server Support Staff, there is really not a good reason for you to have admin on too many servers. In the future, policy will be set to govern how many servers people can have admin on, and how often you can apply. We will let you know.

If you haven't read the server rules, SpawnPoint's rules and the admin for dummies FAQs, don't apply until you do. You will be expected to know all of these and follow them.
