And Now For Something.. Text Adventurish!

The rules are simple - played similar to other forum games, you look to follow the previous persons post with something that makes some degree of sense. However, we are playing a text adventure game like ZORK!

Always post ONE or the OTHER only. An action - or the responding SCENE.

I step out of my door in Hobbiton, looking around at the Shire.

[weaver]

Weaver steps out of the door

It is sunny out. The little Hobbits are happy and preparing to get drunk.
There is a road that leads west towards the river. To the east, are dark mountains.

[Raven]

Taking one look at the brooding mountains Weaver mounts his pony......

and spurs it towards the nearby local store, looking to sell some of his stolen merchandise...

to make a profit to feed his two deformed kids who have 3 feet.

You (He) see(s) 3 possible stores in which to sell your (his) wares.
one to the west with a yellow door, one to the east with a red door, and one to the north with a blue door. The one with the red door has a green sign above it, the one with the blue door has a red sign above it and the one with the yellow door has a blue sign above it.
There is a warm breeze flowing in from the south, and a dead tree next to the store with the blue sign. on the ground there is a shovel.

He chuckles evily and picks up the shovel and hefts it to guage the weight in his hands.......

[SmJe]

The shovel is covered in what appears to be a kind of weird growth. On closer examination, you see that it is moving, you throw the shovel to the ground only to discover one of your demon babies had made poopie on it.

You notice you actually got some demon baby crap on your shoe as well, you use the edge of the shovel to scrape the poop off. You then head into the store with the blue door and dead tree next to it.

You open the door and step in..

A strange musty smell is present, it is almost overwhelming. Stepping towards a slightly odd shaped counter you ring the bell.

... and old creepy looking woman with her face concealed inside a hood rambles in from a back room door. She puts a brown stained bag on the counter, opens a drawer (which flies escape from promptly), and then points to a small box on a side table.

You notice an odd symbol on the hood of her cloak... you seem to recognize it from somewhere.

"You want I should buy something from you little man? , or you can take one of these three things for free and never come back!"

You can now sell items, OR choose the Bag, the Small Box, or whatever is in the drawer. only one choice then you must leave.

Smacking the woman sharply over the head with the shovel you grab the bag and box and dash madly for the door as the woman groans feebly from behind the counter.......
