Well technically on dust2 bombsite b only has 2 like tunnels and mid unless you count that as seprate as double doors b and window. thats really the only one i can think about.

De_cbble only has 2 ways into one of the bombsites.
De_inferno only has 2 ways into the bombsite with the fountain  Rob

rob inferno fountain site has 3 ways back alley banana and straight from ct spawn. Back alley is the one to the right from ct spawn. And cbble hasn't been a cal map past 3 seasons
at least maybe more

Yes but "strictly" speaking the fountain bombsite only has two entrances to it
In from the front or in from the right past the big cable cogs  And why did they take cbble out? That's pretty good as a 5v5 map

yea but I think they count every way that you can go in as window and doors are different aswell. Cbble was in 1.6 I never saw it in source cal. Only played 3 seasons but it might have been that the only 2 ways in ?
