so tell me what you guys think, this is a possible new mascot for exe, although i would like the elephant to look somewhat more realistic, if anyone wants to lend their services wink wink lol, this is my spray version of it

But no upto now I like the style, just needs a bit of tweaking and adding the correct font etc.

Whilst the Elephant and blue circle works really well, the text around the outside doesn't quite fit the design. Try putting it in a ribbon banner below the circle (similar to what you see in a crest) here's an idea I slapped together quickly.



I would also loose the cigar in his mouth, looks like a bit of a after thought.
And one last thing to maybe consider.... try some different colours. Its looking very similar to to our pals over at UEA :scared: and they'll have you for copyright :tongue: but so far so good... show us some more ideas when you have them. :wink:

I agree with what you are saying, we haven't fully decided on what we want it to be and what it will look like. Like with the original name for the clan thread we are looking at people to provide some input and tips/opinions on what it should be and why.

I also think in terms of the colours, we do have a very strong 'brand' within the website and all of our medias and as it is mainly based on the black and blue themeing straying too far away from this will start to make things look misplaced and a bit of a shambles.

I will need to make sure that if we do go with any of the suggested images here or on our own site, that not only does it fit in with the image/style and function of what we want it to do but to make sure that any images we use are not either direct copies and are custom made to our own needs.
There will need to be some final designs done and a series of tests with colours, shapes and text styles before we come to any conclusions.
