CS Moving Sprays

Some people have moving sprays comprised of 3-6 still images. How do you create these? I have heard something about them being .vtf files but im not sure how to create one e.t.c
Any help would be useful

Also, anybody know something along the lines of a good website devoted to CS Sprays? I grow tired of creating my own ^^.

Lark why do you feel the need for your smart remarks.

Im pretty sure Undisciplined found it funny, even just a little bit. Im merely having a laugh and a joke.

What are the moderators gonna do? Ban me for having a laugh? Alot of ppl on this forum make smart comments/joking about all the time but i dont see anybody having a go at them for it. Maybe you could enlighten me as to why your even making a point of this in public?

Another point id like to make is im sure the moderators have alot better things to do, then have a go at someone that just wants to have a laugh and joke.

Like maybe start deleting the many favourite weapons threads that keep appearing.

Just a suggestion.
