Anyone want to work on recreating our logo? We love the logo - but we are looking for the white guy to become integrated into the logo.

Other similar ideas welcome.

Hey, why does it have to be a white guy?!?!

As you see in my signature, I have attempted a cursory recreation of your logo. I will be happy to work on a more detailed version, although i'm not sure how detailed it can be at smaller resolutions.

Hitman asked me last night if I could reskin the current Admin button for PHXX clan members, so it can be added underneath the forum avatars. It is in a thread below this one, let me know one way or another through a PHXX consensus if that one is desired, or if it needs a revamp.

Could you please explain what you mean by integrate? Because if I am not mistaken, isn't the logo the green circle WITH the white guy in the middle?

The original vision of the logo was to be the TERMINATOR 2 scene - lightning globe, bad-ass terminator guy showing up in the middle. Lighting criss crossing the scene and the person not just on the outside.

Just to be clear, I was told by Weaver above and by Hitman that the original logo was loosely based off the Terminator landings on earth.

In looking for photos that closely resemble the scene, I came up pretty short.

Are you guys still looking for that same theme? Or would something entirely different suffice?

as well, anything with a bit more detail will not scale to lower resolutions well, just a thought.

We need something that we can use at small.. and large. We want to stay near the theme we have today. The colors, etc

I think we should use the you-tube kid hopped up on mountain dew as a template. Either that or Ooooooooooooooooooojerry.

Are we peons even entitled to an opinion or should I keep my yapper shut and let the people that pay the bills make the decisions?

I'm not sure who they intended to have any say or final say. I put it up for all of you guys anyway just for opinions/advice/changes, etc...

My man-hunterish, what did you mean? Also, I was under the impression that they might be looking for a whole different vision but still loosely based on the original premise. I may be wrong though.

Like the game Man Hunt? The one where you walk around killing people on playstation. Very creepy. Anyway, the first thing I thought of was a guy with a very large hypodermic syringe standing over a victim.

I think if this was a Rorschach test, it would mean I was a serial killer :/
