ranks are screwed up

im an admin at the 69.90.108.4:27015 assault server and after i get off at the end of the day my rank is much better. when i get back on the next day, it seems to have forgotten that i played the day before? my rank goes back to what it was at the beginning of the day before (EXTREMELY ANNOYING) and the people in the server keep yelling at me about it because it does the same thing to them. what is wrong with it?

ive had that a few times, i find the reason is that when the server crashes it wont register anything that youve done in that session

I can second Coopers statement. The ranking is definatly messed up, and extremly annoying. If its from crashes the server sure does crash alot and it never happened before the ranking reset.

Basically the default server config wasn't writing the ranks to file. The reason for this is that the default setting writes the ranks when the map changes, but obviously on a 24/7 map that doesnt 'end' it never gets written. I've fixed this a few days ago by changing the config to write to file every 10 mins instead. I'm just back from re-applying config on the server (it had reset to dust again, crash?) and the ranks from the last 48 hrs are still there.

Of course, any admin can reset them at any time, but otherwise the ranks are permanent* now.

for the screwed up rank its all because the mani plugin or the server problem , and i believe the admin of spawnpoint is working on it [&:]
