I want to start off and apologize to those in assault vancouver last night. I temporarily lost my cool! I allowed someone to upset me before disconnecting!...It won't happen again! No details necessary...I'm a big girl and should have been able to deal with it! Just a bad night!

I'm a firm believer of spite, shouting, screaming, random acts of violence for comedy value as great and underrated stress relievers. It's a way of letting the anger out, in short violent bursts, a bit like farting. By letting it all out in a small bursts it stops you from going postal and shooting up your colleagues in a mad frenzy to get as many kills as you can before the round ends*. It's all very therapeutic, sure it's unorthodox but let's be a bit postmodern hey? Poo standing up, pee sitting down and all that jazz.

*about the time it takes for the swat team to come in.
