Steam Problems???
I was hoping for a little bit of CSS but I can't log on Steam. Is Steam down or is it my new firewall (Webroot) that I installed a couple of days ago? CSS worked fine last night. I'm bummed!

im pretty sure its steam lol, steam has been going down like at least every 5-10 minutes in the past hour or so for me and my friends. Its up right now but im sure it'll go down again then come back up then go down. And repeat lol. typical steam :/ But im not 100% sure i think you should be able to login in unless its down at the moment your trying to login.

My Steam Friends has been going in and out for the past hour
 I doubt you're the only one with connection problems. Hang in there, it'll hopefully get fixed soon

since ur talking about steam here, i might aswell ask this ...
whenever i m ingame i get called out every 5 minutes cause of some stupid team fortress 2 advertising thingy ...i clicked it but it keeps returning to me .... :/ pretty annoying when ur last man standing when im suddenly back in freaking windows ... help would be appreciated ..

Switch the "notify me of game updates" off in the steam options

I kept getting the same thing even though I turned of the game updates notification. It would happen every time Steam managed to reconnect, that was a lot given how much it was down yeterday and it was the type of pop up that dumps you back into windows regardless of what you were doing. Irritating
 .Steam seems to have sorted itself out since then so hopefully I won't see it again. |
