Evolution and 24/7 Dust2 Dead?

Hey everyone,

Just checking but does ANYONE play on these servers anymore? I moved over the weekend and now that i'm back I haven't seen anyone on them?

On a side note, what spawnpoint servers do have more action now? I'd like to get some game going again

There are times when those servers get full, but most the day they are empty. The new crackhouse server seems pretty popular if you wanna try that one out.

It is still quite a lot quieter than it used to be, but it has been full and had games going on it fairly regularly recently. The server is good and the players will come, it just takes a while for servers to gain or regain traffic, the Dustfest UK server (Dust/dust2 rotation) used to get poor traffic and slowly it has become one of SPs most popular.

Fecal, if you ever need help populating message me on friends and I'll join if I can, and if not I should still be able to find some people to join. I know it can feel pretty lonely sat on the server with only bots for company but this is a community so you can call for some back up.

Your efforts to populate the server are really appreciated, I know it can get boring.

I've played there for about an hour today, with YankeesRu. If you can find another regular to come and play with you and you kick one bot on each team, you will see the server will attract more players soon. After 5-10 minutes, we were about 8 to play and there was even some time when we were more than a dozen playing on D2.
And this happen 9:30 pm by me, which means it should be sth like 2 or 3 PM on US East cost.

I also created a thread in the private section, if you have other ideas to get it more populated, please tell us.

That's arguable Carlo,

I've the server in question on my faves and keep a "casual eye" on it just to see who plays there.

It can be as "dead" as Evolution very regularly, that's when it's actually up, which a few people have mentioned to me in messages

Also, people are entitled to play where they wish....

You know, I noticed the servers (mainly those two, don't know about others) have been dead. I haven't been playing for several months now since I've been very busy in my life, but when I got on to the servers there was like... no one there.. and I found some old regulars I played with in some other server along with the rest of them

I guess there's a new hangout lol

My regular 'haunts' at the moment are Evo & fragfest. I find them both really easy to get going. I have no problem joining these servers when they are empty. Within an hour they are teeming with people and we're all having fun!

Dont give up on Evo just yet Fecal, it was once full almost 24/7 and with continued effort it will be again!
