Inregards to reporting rule breakers.

Just wondering were I would report rule breakers like the major mic spammers.
I was just playing and couldn't take no more of this guy so got a small demo of him and steam id but don't know what to do with them.
AS not knowing I mean were to post it or send it to. If there is a thread already about this than plz just post the link cause I did a search and nothing pop up that i needed to know.

The demo should be in your cstrike folder. Multiple violations will ultimately result in a Global Ban from all Spawnpoint servers.
