Negatory, SP (Spawnpoint) is a non-donation community. If you want admin you will have to do like everyone else.
Stay active via Server and forums and after 15 days apply. Good thing about it is that it is FREE Here is the link to applying for admin: http://www.spawnpoint.com/RequestAdmin.php

Also,
Just because you pass the 15 day criteria doesn't mean you'll be granted admin then and there. We have lots of criteria that the staff look for in potential admins. Also the server you apply for might be full for admin.
