Hi everyone

When you play on a Gun Game server, what is the "habit" when you have a player with knife in front of you ? Can I coldly kill him with my machine gun or should I also try to knife him ?

In my opinion, if you haven't yet leveled up with the gun you have, you should just shoot him. Likewise, if you already have leveled up, knife him. But there are some people that would knife either way, just to make the opposition lose a level. It's a dog-eat-dog game, so it's whatever you wanna do.

it is more Knifing Etiquete (spl), when a player runs at you with a knife you should get out your knife, when you run at someone with a knife, they should get out there knife. Someone runs at you with a gun, use a gun, or knife if you can, and visa versa.

in the end i prefer it if you have a knife someone gets out there knife. But alot of people, mainly noobs and such use guns and so on, now some people, like cow, baked, order to name a few all get theres knives out and fight back, the best way and adds a bit of fun to the game.

Well I suck with a knife. I usually just shoot any player that runs at me with a knife out.

here's how I see it...if you want to knife, use your knife. If you want to shoot, use your gun. If you challenge someone to a knife fight (over voice chat or by typing it) or accept someone else's challenge, stay with the knife. If someone tries to sneak up on you to knife, and you manage to get one hit in but don't kill them and know they are about to kill you, it's ok to switch to gun and shoot them (just be prepared to have everyone taunt you about wimping out)
