lag on dust/sand maps.

ive noticed that whwnever i play on a map with dust like de_dust, dust2, cs_assault dust, de cpl strike, and for some reason de_nuke, my comp is sorta laggy, i cant explain it but the crosshair is just really laggy when i move it and shoot. any1 help me with this?

i have the same problem. > this works only for sand maps, i just minimize and maximize the game 1 to 3 times.

Probably fps lag, maybe you should consider updating your video card

Try to lower your settings as well, sometimes a little change can make your game a lot more fluid.

Lower settings or get a new graphics card :P OR MAYBE... you can overclock it if you know how. Always works for me

i have the same problem. its ur computer, ur graphics cant handle all the dust so it is laggy when u play. but i still pwn

for some reason, the sand maps are better but i still lag like hell on nuke lol.

I get this when im on De_dust and someone has thrown a smoke grenade. I also lag on Nuke and the load times are very Slow.

yes nuke is a very big map and very hard on ur system but like i said on my other post get that congife and it should run much better. also make sure u arent running to much in ur background. and on the sand mape turn down ur anti alisaing or w/e that is

maybe this is because u have a bad comp idk look into ur bandwith to go to speakeasy and look at ur ping test.. idk what to tell u u just might have a bad bandwith

I just think you need a better graphics card or lower settings, and by that I mean go into your Video tab in options and then click on advanced and maybe lower some things down a bit... usually the texture and shadowing is what gets people the most.
