hey im a gamer for the xbox 360 but my dad sold mine and gears of war for me was the best game ever its coming for pc soon but till then how much does it cost to play counter strike online?

The prices vary from place to place.
At my local Wal-Mart CS:S it's $30. (and it only requires an internet connection [preferably DLS or faster])
No monthly fees just purchase the game, register and free to play.
