Scoutzknivez Voting Issues

..Alright so agian with the issue for the _KNIFE_VOTING_COMMAND_ ..There's been recent issues about people using the knife command at the server. But first I would like to mention the fact that people DO have the CHOICE of VOTING it ON or OFF. But I would like to speak on behalf of the people who wish it wasn't activated. (I myself wouldn't mind either way, except for the fact that it would be ON, EVERY game.) Okay, so people abuse this command excessively too. Unfortunately, it's not always guaranteed to find out WHO activated the command. Today I was playing and realized that people have been using the command a remarkable amount of times. In this one case: Begining of the game ..knife round vote has been used and voted on YES. .. Few rounds later, people wanted GUNS; therefore I used the "amx_vote Guns? Yes No" command. Majority of the people voted YES. Unfortunatly I forgot to turn off the KNIFE mode one round and so I was begining to turn it off.. As soon as I did.. a _KNIFE_VOTE_command appeared on my screen. .. Now this vote is begining to get very annoying. Many people join the ScoutzKnivez server for a Scouts and Knife rounds.. Not just Knife rounds; people can go elsewhere for just knife rounds.. But I do understand that sometimes people do want that Knife Only Round on that map, but to the point where it gets people to actually leave the server is irrational to me. .. There are problems with this vote command. What if the person that used the vote command left? Who is now there to turn it off if Admins are gone? Will people play a whole 30 minutes of ScoutzKnivez in a Knife Arena mode? Maybe.. but people will leave.

So I beseech all to have this command removed or at least set to a limit on this server, for it has become a slight problem.

warn those who abuse the command. i don't think it's as big as a problem as last time. it's more controlled i believe. also, if people start complaining, simply turn it off without a vote, and if people continue to vote it, a simple slay/kick will keep them from doing it again. if it gets removed, i don't even really mind. i'd play with or without it, and the server fills either way. i thought i got the script changed so that it would only work for admins, apparently not. so, any staff members who read this, whatever is decided is fine with me (not that it matters).

another suggestion would be to allow admins to control whether the plugin is on or off. this used to work before our admin was limited a bit (no complaints from me though, i'll take it either way )

i also hope no one's mad at me, because i did request this plugin to be put on thinking it was changed for admin use only. if so, sorry for the trouble

Indeed, I would gladly slay/kick those who do abuse this command, but I've arrived at an issue with this script. Sometimes, when a person uses the vote, for me at least, it doesn't say WHO did it.. So then on my screen it would just say "Knife only?" Yes No ....Without the red writing of .... xxx started the vote knives only. .. Which bugs me because then those who abuse the knife command can't be punished. I'm only able to come up with those who are regularly there when it happens and love the knife arena.. But I can't go on that alone.. =/

I personally hate this vote and wish it was removed from the server....
If you want to knife..join a knifing server? and either way you have the option of knifing..i mean with the gun vote its not like the knives
is disabled right. psh.

If anything, this vote should be used by admins..and admins only. This command will always get into the wrong hands.

I think its also awesome how i dont know, in a way i want to know so that i can prevent this abuse from happening but i know
that deep down i would probably end up abusing this vote...only to keep guns!

so i would rather not know ^_^.

That used to be a bigass problem a while ago.. I myself used to turn it on a few times but i hardly liked it:| i think its best if its just turned off... Because you can knife and scout lol... who the hell wants to go to a SK server and knife for a whole 30 minutes... :|

I agree. I know that I personally like to scout more than knife. I do know how to knife well but I leave that for challengers and not for a fully knifed game which can get older than an atari games repetativeness. I think 1-3 rounds of knife is kinda fun but when someone forces you to play the whole 30 with knife only its just a waste of time.
