I really love the tmp in a pinch. It's such a fun little gun. My friends and I refer to it as the poop-smith, cause that thing craps out bullets. And as long as you're willing to practice with it (like ANY other gun in the game) you will find it's abilities are quite amazing.

Mr Masterful once gave this weapon a nickname -
'super elite mini machine gun' - he is able to 'own' with this weapon!

My 'ownage' weapon happens to be the shotgun though ;-)

The only bad side to the tmp is the small clip, with the fast rate of fire. You should only use the tmp if you have good aim. This is definitely not a noob gun. for those of you that said rushing an assault with a tmp is fun, try this: rush in with a tmp let loose a clip some ppl at the other end of the room, best if there is an entrance nearby (maybe even throw a nade) once everyone is looking the other way get out your knife and party!

I think that this gun is highly underestimated and that it is capable of many things. People may use this gun when they are low on money but the short range of this weapon is nearly breathe taking. The wild crossfire provides a fire range to take and shoot 2 players at once if your aim is right.

I really don't believe any gun is really a "noob weapon"... except for the AWP.

The way I see it, people can can any gun a noob weapon, and they do.

The TMP takes a lot of quick thinking, good timing, and a perfect tempo to use. Because the rate of fire is so high, the 30 round mag goes pretty fast, so you need to find the right time to reload. At close to medium range, this gun is absolutely deadly. It has great groupings so you can quickly put 2 rounds into someone's head.

All guns require a different play style and take time to master.

Please.....

AWP slows you down, you're basically walking everywhere with that gun, and if you switch to your secondary weapon to run faster, you just gave up the firepower for speed.

Everything has a pro and a con, and yeah, the AWP is the most powerful weapon in the game, but it also has a lot of skill that you must master before you can just pick up an AWP and make 1 kill with it, and then calling yourself "owning".

In any case... I'm tired of people calling it "noob".

I totally agree with understeer. I cant stand using the awp. It's a gun I'm not good with, and I'm a decent css player. I can scout just fine, but the awp requires something else and for some reason I am unable to use it. I could be considered a long time player, and the awp certainly doesn't come easy unless you practice, LIKE EVERY OTHER GUN!

After I've been killed the damage stats can be quite funny, you can shoot a group of people and hit 20 times without killing anyone unless you get some hs.

Im not sure on this one. Maybe because TMP has a less recoil ( or it looks like it does ) where the mac10 it looks like its going all around the place.

TMP is a great gun! Doesnt cost much to buy, silenced, and FUN! oh and the quick reloading is a plus. Good gun to get when saving up money. Dance around go for crazy headshots and pray that you get the enemy to reload.. lol
