Well I have a friend here who thinks he's super good, I wont give him that since he's an awper and can't save his life using regular weapons, I don't like awpers, anyways, because he gets lots of kills, he intentionally gets himself killed so that they don't call him a hacker...I told him that was lame and to play how he plays even if he gets to the top score with puer sniping kills. What do you think?

I think that he should stop killign him self. If he is not hacking why should he do that.i for one knowing takes skill, but he should start practiceing with the other guns, so that he can change it up.

What are the chances he's bsing you, and he gets killed 'cause he sucks in CQC. AWPers suck, one shot from far away is all you need. I hate people who say they are the best and all they do is AWP.

If he isnt hacking, he has nothing to hide.

If he is playing on spawnpoint servers, no global ban can happen without a demo being confirmed by the anti cheat team. So he has nothing to worry about.

So everyone knows, awp is part of the game. I used to hate it, now I love it. If you ever intend on trying to play any leagues, expect to lose unless you have a few good awpers on your team. And yes, you are still a good player if you can only awp. One shot/One kill only works if you can hit the guy

I agree wholeheartedly with ghost. Awp is a part of the game, it takes skill to wield well, and it is an integral part of competitive CS play.

However buying the awp, hiding in your favorite camping spot and popping the average pub player(hey I'm a pub player too) on a crowded server doesn't take a great deal of skill. I know you have to hit 'em, but if they don't know how to dodge...[&:]

im being repetitive....

AWP-ing takes skill unless they miss a lot i mean i have seen people who can AWP in close quarters and if thats not skill idk what is..i can barely use normal guns up close cuz i panic but yes camping is retarded...we all know this...

again if he isnt hacking dont worry about it. if he gets called a hacker well its compliment.

tell him to try out the scout -- that way it'll be more of a 2-shot-kill unless he's really good and can get headshots every time.

and again, if he's playing legit but being called a hacker -- that's a pretty nice compliment if i've ever seen one.

If you see an awper, dude just aim harder. Get killed, its your own fault. They've already altered its delay...what more do you want. Not to mention, they have to try just as hard to kill you as you have to kill them. They only have that 1 shot to do it. So do you, 1 shot in the head.

Even if there's an experienced awper, they can always be taken out with a automatic rifle. I say, if he has an awp and its a server that allows awp, there is no problem with that he can use it as much as he want.

I agree. honestly awp is very difficult to use. I am no expert but im pretty good at CS. and I cannot awp to save my life ever. I'm horrible with an awp... so ywah, it is annoying to get 1 shotted with awp over and over, but hell you just gotta respect that. (unless they are over camping or even hacking lol)

yeah same here i don't appreciate AWPers they claim to have "MADz SKillz " but i'v try the awp numerous times an its not all the hard to aim just gotta up slightly an pull the tigger an u get a kill, so in a sense awps are just Uber Noobs who try to act bad azz with the 1 hit kill gun (as i call it) but at any rate, u friend should really try the m4, ak, famas, or even teh scout an see how good they are

as said, if he dont hack then hes got nothing to hide, one fella in my clan has been temp banned and accused of hacking and many demos submitted due to his awping, and always comes up clean, so tell him to play and have fun and dont worry about it

AWP is an easy weapon to use. The difference between a bad and a good awper is, the one that takes ages to aim and the one that aims in the enemys general direction, by the time the scope fully zooms, flicks the mouse to have the crosshair over the enemy, and then shoot the very moment the awp is scoped. The flick is what makes an AWP player good. Some of you will know what I'm talking about, some of you will think wdf is he on. So if your friend is playing like I said, yes, he does have MADSKILLZ.

I don't think he should worry about what other people think as long as he's not doing anything dodgey?! Just worry about your game and let other people worry about theirs I say!

I totaly agree, if he isn't hacking then he should continue to play without killing himself. I personally do not like the AWP at all. I believe it is one of the worst guns (just because of the advantage it has over all the other guns.) I'm extremely glad it was removed from the GunGame gun line-up.
