well, this sux, my game keeps crashing

i've un-installed and reinstalled my game, i'mup for any ideas, i could be in game for about 30 seconds and in console it keeps saying that i have infinite origins and infinite angles. . . please help, i can't play because it just crashes every single time i play. . . and i don't even know how it got like that. . .

Copy and paste the exact error message that you get in console, then I'll have a look around and see if anyone has had a similar problem.

anf this just started happening yesterday night when i tried to play, no mods or anything. . . tried reinstalling, and it didn't work, any ideas?

Ok first that 2nd error with the red typing do NOT worry about that as that is normal. (don't ask why..) For the infinite orgins and stuff that has got to be something with either skins or if you keep reinstalling and stuff maybe your map has issues. Hard to explain try putting this in your launch options; if you dont know how..

1 - Open up steam, then My Games
2 - Right click Counter-Strike: Source and go to Properties
3 - In properties click on Launch Options and put in there "-debug -nocrashdialog" (without the quotation marks)

Try it out and if that doesnt work give me some more info like when it happens EXACTLY if you have changed any settings lately, ect. Thanks

still has the errors, here's wut it says,

Have you changed ANYTHING lately? Like anything crosshair sizes, skins, commands you do, ect. That shouldnt be saying that unless your messing with your maps...

have you triedjustuninstaling CSand deleting your CS folder then reinstalling?

yah, i treid that, uninstalled CSS, HL2, and the whole vale set, deleted the folder, and reinstalled, STILL has the problem, and no, i haven't messed with my maps, although i do have a few custom skins, but they had all been on there for weeks w/o any problems.

Lone Wolf. I made a config a while back to help with crahsed consol etcc.. It also helps with game play and fps/ping. I haven't used it because I been too bosuy working but I don't lag anymore or anything with I play so It works I gave it to OZ and his CSS stopped crashing. So, I will post it just put it in a notepad and put it in ' STEAM > SteamApps > Yourname > Counter-strike source > cstrike > cfg ' Remove your current CFG file and replace it with what I am about to post. Don't had the big line :P

it worked the first time i ran it, but then it just wrote over your file, and it crashed either way. WTF IS GOING ON

well yea it's true but i recently crash again and it really often aoout 10 - 30 mins each time , and mostly i have to shut down my computer manaully by pressing the Power button. But some times i can press the Windows keyand im out of the "gay CRASH ever(it is trust me)" but im glad that gauge's config did help me out but the main problem is

RAM, GRAPHICS CARD, & SOUND CARD SUCK or thier not name brand so it doesn't have good performce. OR the Dirvers are not up to date.

Either 3 ways, if not your FPS should get really high, and no problem with the low FPS crash and locked up in game.

For lone wolf for yoor problem i think some Steam files has conflict with each other. i suggest you to unsintal CSS & Steam with the BEST uninstaller software on Earth ( it is trust me on this) [link=http://www.ursoftware.com/]http://www.ursoftware.com/[/link]Your Uninstaller 2006 5.0.0.345 lastest bulid.

It has to be what Oz said. After uninstalling go in and delete all the folders. Then re-install, I would suggest using my config though for problems that may accure that wouldn't with the config. I'll explain those later on vent to you.
