to bind a key basically you just have to type bind "(key you want binded)" "(what you want binded here)"
so for example if you wanted to bind an admin warning you would put something like bind "F2" "say @ Do Not Swear" hope my explanation helps

Was there anything specific that you wanted to bind? Here are a few I use to buy stuff:

Binds are very useful. I use mine to bet just because I don't like typing to bet. If you type these binds into your console you just push the key and you bet accordingly.
Binds: bind uparrow "say bet t all" bind downarrow "say bet ct all"
