Is Armor Worth The Money?

Here is a question for all you CS veterans, Is buying armor and a helmet worth the cost or should I just buy armor and no helmet or screw it and save the money. I know I always get mad when i spend 1K on armor just to get killed with 1 shot from an ak.

I would appreciate some input from fellow players.

I think the helmet is worth it, especially when you are up against someone with a pistol or at long range. It won't do squat against an AWP, but can make the difference between getting killed by a lucky shot before you can fire back and surviving the round.

I ALWAYS buy both.

In this game its always better to have both. However you don't need to re-new it until it gets below 50%.

If you don't buy a helmet you're gonna die REALLY QUICKLY

if youre gonna save and not buy a primary, skip the armor

if youre gonna buy a gun, get the armor and helmet, particularly if youre a terrorist so you can take an m4 bullet to the head and live

I always buy the armor. For one you can always buy the armor and have someone else die and take their gun. While this doesn't work if your going to rush it can save you a lot of money. If money permits I always buy armor when its below 80%. Hope this helps you.

i buy it every round even if its at 99% simply because its in my buy pack lol. in my opinion, it helps. plus if you dont die, you wont NEED to conserve your money

I think that armour whit helmet is better than armour with no helmet.. If some one shoot you to head i think that you need helmet :P ^^ ?

I know that you wanna save your moneys.. So buy that what you wanna buy.
If you wanna die quickly then buy whit no helmet.. But i say that is better if buy both.

Do it when your low on money so you can build your money up or if you have some what enough buy it as long as you have a good gun. Because it's worth it when someone doesn't have a good gun, also it works a lot of the time. Well for me, like againest awps and snipers.

Only body armour is 600$ and both is 1000$ (without new update) Without helmet thats only 400$ cheaper than with helmet...

Yes, thats better if buy both.
