What should they change on the next Counter-Strike?

What are some changes you'd like made for the next Counter Strike game(besides updated graphics)? Or what should they add?

I'd like the addition of throwing knives. It would also be cool if there was body dismemberment. Like if you shot a guy upclose with a shotgun, it would blow his head off.

New physics would be good, though if they were to blow peoples heads off the game would be for over 18's and a lot of children play CSS, so i'm sure some mothers would kick up a fuss about that..

I'd like to see the return of vehicles, Cs_Siege was great when they had the tank thingy in cs 1.5, (i think thats the name of the map) ..

And maybe some more guns and accesories.

why are you worried about children playing cs, when its a 15 anyway? technically children shouldn't be playing it, so if it were an 18 it shouldn't change anything. if parents are going to complain they should look at what the game is before letting them play it.

I agree. Body dismemberment would be a very good add. I would like to see more weapons (not lots more) just a few extra choices. For example, with sniper rifles, there is either the really bad Scout (lets face it, its just pants) or the uber powerful AWP. I just with there were another that was in the middle, or just a variable of the two, different features e.t.c
Same with rifles like the AK-47 and M4A1. Maybe add a rifle with a small scope, for example a L85A1 rifle.

Also, i reckon that Kevlar + Helmet should be displayed, so you know who is wearing it or not.

they couldnt really add any thing kuz if they add the dismemberment kuz that would spark an uprage among parents and if they added vehicles it would be kinda taking the COUNTER STRIKE out of it plus the maps are too small for vehicles

the only think i can forsee is new maps and new skins for the old guns and jsut new guns

yea i agree skins would be kinda cool but they alreaddy have to scoped rifels AUG KRIEG its jsut they dotn show the scope it jsut zooms in also the yshould ad in that teh helmet and kevlar actually do sum thing

Id like to see the return of the Tactical shield, it would also be great to see new attchments for all the weapons (eg scopes, laser sights, flashlight, frontal grip, bi/tripod and maybe even extended magazine clips for pistols).

Then they should give the weapons different fire settings such as single fire, burst fire and semi-automatic.

It would be kewl if people could go prone aswell, but not insta prone like on CoD2 where in my opinion it was lame cos ppl just insta proned to dodge bullets, I also like the idea from Rescue about throwing knives.

Lastly i would love the first person view not to be out of there boots or shins like they are now, but from the head of the player model, i think that way would get rid of most of the feet shooting problems.

i think it would be cool if you could use the sights of the guns like on the COD series so you could use like the iron sights or the scope on the bullpup or krieg.

Also feet not going through surfaces like vents because how often do your feet actually go through a solid surface

and finally i think it could be cool to level and unlock new weopons, armours and grenades such as the incendicary although that may not really be popular as noobs would get not enjoy playing against people with awesome weopons and armour..

No offense sulli mate, but i doubt they will have unlocks. I was goin to mention that myself, but i doubt they will implement for the reason u stated. Plus it doesnt go in keeping with the previous CS titles.

But i agree alot of the bugs such as shadows and feet showing through surfaces need to be sorted to stop ppl like me exploiting them haha xD.

upgrade to the source 07 engine first off, then work on the physics. source is a great physics engine, the only problem is that it doesnt like moving objects, thats why you hardly see any vehicles. something else in regards to the source engine is better sli support.

the view from the head would be a good improvement as right now its actually the from the chest.

more weapons/newer weapons. the ak and m4 are getting a little dated. id like to see the return of the tactical shield, those were really fun and a bit of a challenge.
as for more weapon features, the only problem with that is that you then have 5 keys to each weapon for something different, that would be complicated.
it would definately be very cool to have attachments for the weapons such as a laser pointer or changeable sight's.

idk, its hard to say. css is fine how it is id say. just i think servers. the new cs should have easy to make online servers. for more enjoymeny

I don't think that adding throwing knives is a good idea, it will change CS to some cheesy western-like game.
I would like to see different skins on the hands, right now they all look the same.

Body dismemberment would be rather hard to do aswell, despite the whole 18+ rating thing. If you were to shoot someone with a shotgun in the arm, blow it off, but not kill them, what exactly would happen to them ? In reality they would almost certainly hit the floor and start screaming, which wouldn't be much fun in CS lol. Also if you shot off someones hand, how would that affect the ability to hold weapons ... yada yada yada.

I Would personally just say a wider range of guns and weapons, and the ability to customise weapons. Add different scopes, stocks etc for more accuracy, less recoil and all that.

some new model players and a new look for the weapons and maps.
and some new options in the game would be great, this game is a good first person shooter but, the graphix needs to be better in the next cs.
