I think you are referring to another WC3 server. I check ours pretty frequently, and there is always 1-3 people playing ever.

Officefest 24/7 all the way, i like Dustfest too but rarely go on it, only advanced players go on this server (with the occasional less-able player :P) which makes it a great challenge!
