Poor UK assault admins

I'm not going to say to much here other than the fact that your admins that you have on the UK assault server are useless, i play in the server for about 15 minutes with some tosser teamflashing every single round so the T team come out and destroy all of us before we can even figure out where the hell we are on the map. I told the admin at least 5 times about this, they warned him once but when he persisted they just didnt seem to care after i had further warned them about this players conduct, to be fair both admins were on the other team (T only panzies) but the fact that they either don't bother reading what people type to them in admin chat or they were just enjoying the fact that the teamflashing and the excessive (and obviously intentional) team attacking that was going on in the other team meant that they had an easy job as they could come out and kill us all with half health and unable to see them to fire back, either way you should get better admins that are a bit more aware of what is going on or get some that actually give a damn.

All of our administrators do try their best. Someties, there is more going on behind the scenes than the average player sees.

In the future, feel free to record a demo yourself as well, and include the status command in the console during the recording. You can submit a demo yourself, and have action taken against these people.

As well, you can apply for admin privileges yourself, and if approved become proactive in making sure this type of behavior ceases to exist.

Im sorry you feel you had to post on the forum to have your voice heard McBastard.

All of our UK assault admins do the best they can to keep the servers clean and fun, and we appreciate your input.

thing is that it is the petty things that are most annoying, yes you can make a demo of someone hacking but you can't be bothered to make a demo of someone teamflashing you every round so the Ts rush out and kill you all and you can't be bothered to make demos of people that TA people for absolutely no reason when they're clearly doing it on purpose. Anway when an admin is present and seems to be very much enjoying the fact that when he rushes out someone on the other team has flashed the entire CT team over and over by re-buying flashes and he can rape you before youve even seen the building (and yes i told these admins over and over again and they did nothing) you start to think that maybe they're pretending not to have a clue what being an admin is about.
p.s Lark your a good admin this wasn't directed at you at all
pp.s I really would love to be an admin in the UK server but the fact i have a wife and kid means i can't really claim i would be that active with this, however let me know if you would like me to be admin taking this into account and i will apply for it by the normal means.

Well Mcbastard it is obvious you are not part of the problem on assault so why not be part of the solution.

Well see thing is, you would need to be bothered to record this sort of thing if you were an admin

I love the broad sweeping name this thread has and the tarring the UK Assault admins with the same brush. Thanks McB I'm happy to see you seem to think that the entire UK Assault admin corps (with the exception of Lark) are useless and lame.......

Also, punctuation and new paragraphs are your friends. It makes it a dang sight easier to read your complaints

well to be honest i am quite annoyed that you think this. I have been away for the past week so i dont know what has been going on but i would hope the admins while i have been away have been doing it the same as when i am on with them. not that i am the perfect admin i feel i do the job properly, and i feel the others do it as well.

Not once have i seen any admin on the server while i have been on not doing their job properly because there is a fair bit more things to deal with than just teamflashers like possible hackers which need watching and UV campers etc. and sometimes we just dont have the time to deal with every offence going on straight away but they do tend to get dealt with.

The person who was doing the offence which you mentioned was doing wrong but you just cannot jump to the conclusion that the admins are not doing their job as they maybe demoing before banning/Kicking so they have a decent length demo of them repeatadly doing it even after warning.

Anyway i am sure that the admins are doing their job. Moan over.

I don't have any "friends" when it comes to adminning the servers.

Anyone breaking the rules will be dealt with in the correct manner even if it's a fellow admin, my kids or my best friend.

There's no room for "friends" when it comes to adminning

I agree Rob, I can name a handful of excellent Uk Assault Server admins so please do not tarnish them all 'with the same brush' because of a few experiences with 'bad'ones.

Also perhaps they are 'new admin' as opposed to 'bad admin' who are still learning how to behave in given situations.

Whilst I appreciate McB, you bringing these issues to attention, it disappoints that you proclaim you 'cant be bothered' to record demos.
In light of this I would suggest you ignore Davies request to apply for admin.

Also, any admin found to be 'bending the rules' for 'friends' will inevitably lose thier admin priviledges.
