To be fair I cannot choose the best admin. Regardless of what server, who it is or what they do.

There are too many deciding factors such as, activity, upholding the rules, hackers caught, attitude, helpfulness, ability, friends, servers which an admin has admin on and to whom has access on and is active enough on the forums.
